How do we know a location will be good for a market? Looking at annual average daily traffic is one way. For example, you can see for the three main roads into Meredith, route 104 traffic is nearly equal to 106 and route 3 traffic combined. The market location is also right at the junction of a "shortcut" connecting road to 106, and not far from the junction with route 3. Lastly, other available data shows peak traffic on Friday and Sunday on route 104, a good sign that it's a common route for tourist traffic.
