Market Man offers:

• Master calendar view shows signups, cancellations and waitlisted dates, and can be filtered by product and vendor status (All, approved, unapproved).

• Market Day view shows all your market day details in one place - vendors, cancellations, notes, insurance expiration, and weeks since a vendor last attended. Optionally show vendors who are waitlisted, not approved, or not signed up to fill light products or dates.

• Accounts view shows all of a vendor's information at a glance - contact information, dates, notes and transaction history.

• Fees report shows all booth costs for a date range you choose, and compares costs to vendor balances so you don't overbill.

• Booth fees can be automatically calculated based on the number of dates a vendor attends. Fees will automatically adjust based on number of spaces used and an optional per-vendor discount.

• Transactions record lets you record all vendor transactions, such as fees due, payments, credits, and more, with a running balance for each vendor. Add vouchers to a vendor balance and cash them out at a later date or pay down a balance.

• Track vendor-specific market day notes, along with early and late cancellations or no shows.

• Approve vendors individually, and add dates to the waitlist or master calendar. 

• New transactions are generated as signup dates are added, allowing batch imports into the transaction record.

• Track your choice of vendor data with up to four user-customizable fields.
